We are seeking a Research Fellow to conduct research on AI-driven end-to-end autonomous driving algorithms.


Key Responsibilities:
The fellow will lead the development of AI-driven end-to-end autonomous driving algorithms.
The work will involve algorithm development, simulation, test rig set-up, and experimental validation.

Requirements:
A PhD Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, etc. is required.
Strong background in end-to-end autonomous driving, foundation models and reinforcement learning is necessary.
Candidates with relevant research or working experience in autonomous driving and reinforcement learning, foundation models will be preferred.
Good communications skills and the ability to work independently and facilitate projects with minimal supervision are essential.
Able to contribute to Journal/Conference papers with good presentation skills.
Able to plan and organize well and adhere to deadlines.
