Senior Civil Infrastructure Designer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and implement civil engineering designs and solutions for land development, road infrastructure, high-density retail, and other civil infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve engineering processes and products.
- Prepare detailed reports, cost estimates, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and coordinate the work of contractors and personnel involved in civil engineering projects.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Building.
- Good knowledge and experience in building-related works such as structural, architectural, building repair, carpentry, partition, renovation, plumbing works, etc.
- Experience in construction of building projects, including M&E facilities installation and maintenance regime is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Work & Excel and drafting of letters.
