We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail floor.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team of retail assistants in ensuring a smooth and efficient retail experience.
  • Responsible for the sales performance of your category of products, meeting or exceeding targets set by the company.
  • Manage inventory levels, housekeeping, and merchandising to ensure an attractive and well-stocked retail environment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and selling skills, maintaining a high level of sales productivity and stock turnover.
  • Process payments accurately, handling cash and other credit cards with ease.
  • Deal with customer refunds professionally and courteously.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work on a roster-based system, adhering to retail hours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
