KIAN HIAP CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled BIM Content Creator to join our team. As a BIM Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality BIM content and production documents to support our BIM-assisted projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM models and production documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM content into project deliverables
  • Produce high-quality 2D families and 3D models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism, quality, and timeliness
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of BIM documentation and shop drawings
  • Interpret engineering drawings and updates of Consultant's RFI to reflect design intent
  • Liaise with the team to produce shop drawings and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum Higher Nitec in Architectural Technology or Structural Engineering, or Diploma in Engineering, or BIM
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of full experience with BIM, preferably from Main Contractor or Consultants
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office
  • Highly adaptable and flexible personality with excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
