We are looking for a highly motivated ACMV Maintenance Specialist to join our team at HR EXCHANGE PTE. LTD. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop contingency plans for system breakdowns or emergencies.
  • Provide 24/7 technical support during critical issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults or malfunctions in HVAC systems.
  • Perform repairs on compressors, condensers, motors, pumps, and electrical components.
  • Work closely with contractors or vendors when complex repairs are needed.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports for maintenance issues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, as well as at least 1 year of experience in ACMV system maintenance. Knowledge of energy management and HVAC controls is also essential. Certification in workplace safety is preferred. You should be proficient in troubleshooting tools and preventive maintenance software, and able to interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals. Good communication and coordination skills are required for effective client and vendor management.
