Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Execution Trader in our Singapore office. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing our digital asset portfolio and counterparty relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quotes and execute trades with OTC counterparties, ensuring seamless transactions and optimal results.
  • Operate trading systems, adjusting prices according to current market value to maximize returns.
  • Suggest automation and improvements to systems and strategies, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Stay current with changes in system functionality, market structure changes, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to inform trading decisions.
  • Streamline workflows with internal teams across products, data, and other supporting departments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage end-to-end email channels, providing clear and concise communication to stakeholders.
  • Be willing to work weekends and shifts to provide coverage and serve as the key point of contact for ad-hoc transactions during these periods.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role within Financial Services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, and trading or finance/banking/payments industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Highly motivated and integrity-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work with numerical data.
  • Goal-driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments, with excellent communication skills and patience.
  • A strong team player, with project management skills, ability to prioritize, and build scalable processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to speak Mandarin a strong advantage.
