Administrative Assistant for Healthcare Professionals

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BGC Group Pte. Ltd.
Salary: up to $18.50 per hour
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Job Description:
- Process Practising Certificate (PC) renewal applications and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims from healthcare professionals and course providers.
- Generate reports periodically to monitor PC renewals and send reminders to practitioners who have not renewed their PCs.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be Singaporean citizens or permanent residents.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Benefits:
- A competitive hourly rate of up to $18.50.

Working Details:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours.
- Working location: Kim Keat Road, near Toa Payoh MRT station.
