Job Title: Visual Storyteller

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Storyteller to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can create compelling visual content that represents our brand and resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging visual content: Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with our goals and marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media presence: Plan and manage social media campaigns that promote upcoming classes, events, and special programs.
  • Collaborate with instructors: Work with instructors and the management team to ensure content reflects our artistic vision and brand voice.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends: Stay current with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices in content creation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience: Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in an arts or creative field.
  • Visual storytelling abilities: Strong visual storytelling abilities and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent design/video editing software.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to write engaging, on-brand content.
  • Social media knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and content scheduling tools.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for the arts.
  • Team player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
