Are you looking for a challenging and creative opportunity to transform user experiences? We are seeking an exceptional UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences that delight our guests and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, proficiency in design software, wireframe and research tools, including Figma. They will be able to gather and investigate user experience design requirements, empathise with user needs, motivations and emotions to create solutions that resonate with users effectively.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex problems and develop creative solutions. A strong portfolio of UI/UX design work, skills in wireframing and prototyping is essential. The ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams is also critical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet business objectives
  • Gather and investigate user experience design requirements
  • Empathise with user needs, motivations and emotions to create solutions that resonate with users effectively
  • Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies
  • Facilitate research sessions that best fit the needs of the project and design process
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of user-centred design principles
  • Proficiency in design software, wireframe and research tools, including Figma
  • User research abilities
  • A portfolio of UI/UX design work, skills in wireframing and prototyping
  • Visual design expertise including colour theory, typography and layout
