Job Title: Picking and Packing Operations Supervisor

The Picking and Packing Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in managing the outbound process, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse operations and possess excellent leadership skills to guide a team of warehouse assistants.

This position requires a proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing improvements to ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met.

A key responsibility of this role is to oversee the schedule and attendance of employees within the outbound department, ensuring sufficient and skilled manpower to meet operational needs.

About This Role:

  • Picking and Packing Operations Support: Assist the Team Lead in overseeing the daily picking and packing processes, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Productivity & KPI Management: Ensure that outbound productivity targets and KPIs are consistently met, including order processing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Staffing & Scheduling: Oversee the schedule and attendance of employees within the outbound department, ensuring sufficient and skilled manpower to meet operational needs.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide performance reports to the Team Lead for review, highlighting any operational issues, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement.

You Must Have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Experience as a lead or Person-in-Charge (PIC) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.

What You Will Do:

  1. Assist the Team Lead in overseeing the daily picking and packing processes.
  2. Ensure that outbound productivity targets and KPIs are consistently met.
