Job Title: Customer Relationship Associate
">Description: We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
">Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate classes for the centre, ensuring seamless day-to-day customer service and administrative activities.
- Manage centre operations, handle walk-ins and telephone enquiries, and provide course consultation to prospective customers.
- Resolve feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with customers and teachers to address parents' feedback and students' progress.
- Perform administrative duties such as daily collections, preparation of materials for classes, data-entry, and maintenance of the Student Management System.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field (although not mandatory).
- Effective planning and multitasking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese languages (for handling feedback and conversations with customers and teachers).
