Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Traveling to customer sites to deliver or collect machines, perform repairs, and provide maintenance services.
  • Conducting thorough diagnoses and troubleshooting of mechanical issues using specialized tools and software.
  • Collaborating with customers to identify solutions and implement repairs in a timely manner.
  • Providing training and support to customers on the correct operation and maintenance of our equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive engineering.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field service support, preferably in the aerial equipment industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software, as well as a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
