Role Summary
The Senior Tunnel Engineer will oversee the planning and execution of tunnel engineering projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in construction supervision, particularly with tunnelling works of similar scale and complexity.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can lead teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure compliance with established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective tunnel engineering strategies to achieve project objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including bored tunnelling operations.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with tunnel engineering projects.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in tunnel engineering, with at least 5 years in construction supervision.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale tunnel engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
