Job Summary

The Senior Technology Manager, API and Microservices will be responsible for all aspects of software delivery and release for applications in the external API domain.

This includes working with a team of subject matter experts, architects, and software developers to deliver projects and change requests via in-house development or vendor engagement.

The incumbent will manage business stakeholders' expectations and establish best or alternative solutions that are feasible within the technology and timeline constraints.

They will also review solution design and effort estimates from the team, prioritize projects and change requests assigned to the team, and manage the delivery of initiatives.

This role requires strong technical knowledge and skills in various technologies, including API Gateway, Middleware, Java, Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps.

The ideal candidate will have experience in integration architecture, API lifecycle management, and project software development methodology.

They should be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Hands-on experience in API Gateway, Middleware, Java, Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps
  • Experience in Integration Architecture and API Lifecycle Management
  • Experience in Project Software Development Methodology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills

Estimated Salary: SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum
