Job Overview

As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of incoming payments. This includes processing e-payments, cheques, and other forms of payment.

In addition to this, you will research and resolve any discrepancies in payments, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and accounted for. You will also generate invoices for billing purposes and submit them via email or portal. Furthermore, you will process trade-related credit notes for returned goods and prepare manual invoices or back-charges between company subsidiaries as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
