We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Preschool English Instructor.
- This is a full-time position that requires a high level of enthusiasm, creativity and passion for teaching young learners.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication and classroom management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
As a key member of our preschool team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, supervising and guiding Assistant Teachers, and ensuring a safe and welcoming learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and prepare age-appropriate teaching aids to support student learning.
- Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and provide regular updates to parents.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
- Experience working with young children and ability to create engaging lesson plans.
