We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Remote HR Caller/Sales Representative. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting administrative duties related to job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment efforts by creating and updating job postings on various media platforms.
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in training and course arrangements to enhance the skills of team members.
  • Help sort, tabulate, and evaluate data to inform business decisions.
  • Perform office tasks such as printing, booking, and other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
