Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer L3 to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our network team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network architecture and infrastructure to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of our network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other teams as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum Cisco CCNP (12 months upon onboarded) and Alcatel ACSE certified.
  • Strong technical competency with ability to resolve 70% of tickets undertaken.
  • Hands-on experience with network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to identify and resolve complex network issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mastery of Cisco Firepower (FMC, FTD, and FDM) for Day 2 function.
  • Able to perform image software of Cisco FMC, FTD, and FDM (all in standalone and HA configuration). Backup and restore config. Understand and able to deploy basic firewall rules.
  • High-level understanding of Cisco ISE for 802.1x and AAA.
  • Able to infer based on technical assessment if the issue is related to network devices or Cisco ISE.
