Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning trucking to Prime Mover Drivers, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land transportation regulations, routes, and logistical considerations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage trucking activities to fulfill customers' delivery requirements
  2. Provide real-time updates on job progress in the system
  3. Monitor truck and delivery status to optimize resources
  4. Coordinate container trucking consignments with Prime Mover Drivers and customers
  5. Ensure the accuracy of driver incentives for drivers
  6. Perform counseling to Prime Mover Drivers when necessary
  7. Adhere to statutory / company safety and health policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
  1. Nitec or equivalent qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, or a related field preferred
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in deployment of drivers for trucking/ loose cargo jobs
  3. Strong understanding of land transportation regulations, routes, and logistical considerations in Singapore
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders
  5. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
