Hope First Response Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Ambulance Driver to join our team. As an Ambulance Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation of patients and crew to designated locations. You will be part of a 2-men or 3-men team and will be assigned to drive various types of vehicles. Your duties will include responding to emergency and non-emergency activations, ensuring safe and prompt conveyance of patients, and assisting Paramedics in providing care for patients. You will also be responsible for performing duties pertaining to the care and maintenance of the ambulance, such as cleaning, decontaminating, and checking of the vehicle and equipment when needed. Additionally, you will conduct preventive maintenance and servicing, and report faults and defects promptly. You will work closely with the Fleet Manager to ensure that vehicles are at a state of operational readiness at all times. The ideal candidate will possess a Singapore Class 3 driving licence, have a good driving record with at least 3 years of driving experience, and be physically fit and able to commit to irregular shift-work, including weekends and public holidays. First Aid Trained/BCLS certified candidates are preferred. Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures is an advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff, are essential.
