Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Finance & Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial deal due diligence, financial controllership, treasury and funding, valuation management, investment operations, accounting, financial reporting, and special purpose vehicle management for GIC's investments.
Key Responsibilities- Process daily transactions and funding requirements, updating relevant data and transactions in the accounting and management system
- Prepare market values using external financial information for the fund and direct investments
- Prepare accounting reconciliations, review of investment holding company accounts and liaison with external auditors
- Perform corporate secretarial work relating to investment holding companies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting work experience in the finance, accounting, or private equity industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software systems
