Drive Business Success as a Strategic Project Lead

To drive business success, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Project Lead. This role combines strategic planning, project management, and organisational effectiveness to deliver measurable performance outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor strategic business initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Business Analysis & Organisational Effectiveness:
- Conduct organisational diagnostics, talent mapping, and OKR audits to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and implement structural and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Manage vendor/partner relationships to ensure quality deliverables and cost efficiency.
- Data, Reporting & Insights:
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance tracking tools.
- Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for senior management.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in project management, business partnering, organisational effectiveness, or strategy consulting.
- Solid understanding of business processes and workforce planning.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, and analytics tools.
