Job Description

This role involves leading production transfers through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will establish a robust communication system to manage dynamic priorities within the New Product Introduction process.

The key areas of focus include:

  • Managing consignment hardware setup, resolving test setup challenges, and overseeing tooling and spare parts procurement, including acting as a liaison with suppliers.
  • Ensuring supplier compliance with quality standards via product assessments.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for design rules, improvements, and related hardware and software.
  • Collaborating with the engineering and preventive maintenance team for continuous process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in mechanical, electronics, or electrical engineering. Two years of experience is preferable but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

The candidate should also possess:

  • Observational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Capacity to work with minimal guidance.
