Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patron inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up on outstanding issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Process reservations and confirmations for various services and amenities.
  • Register patrons for events and promotions.
  • Assist with the creation of casino programs and materials.
  • Work closely with sales teams and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • NITEC or Diploma holder in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Mandarin and English fluency required.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
