Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Respond to patron inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up on outstanding issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Process reservations and confirmations for various services and amenities.
- Register patrons for events and promotions.
- Assist with the creation of casino programs and materials.
- Work closely with sales teams and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- NITEC or Diploma holder in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Mandarin and English fluency required.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Competitive salary: SGD 40,000 - 60,000 per annum.
