Job Overview

The role of an Operations Associate plays a vital part in ensuring the seamless operation of our car rental services. Primary responsibilities include:

• Timely collection and delivery of cars to customers.

• Detailed explanation of vehicle features and accessories to customers.

• Effective handling of customer inquiries, maintaining professionalism at all times.

• Efficient cleaning and grooming of cars.

• Managing customer feedback and keeping supervisors informed accordingly.

• Delivery or collection of cars from vendors for repairs or servicing, explaining faults/problems to vendors.

• Conducting quality checks and accepting vehicles.

• Being available as required to meet operational demands.

• Provision of occasional chauffeur services as needed.

Additional tasks may be assigned based on business requirements.
