Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive transformation objectives by tracking and executing multi-year roadmaps for end-to-end planning.
  • Develop and implement digital and process improvement initiatives to deliver sustainable savings and business value.
  • Facilitate defining the supply chain operating model and clearly define roles and responsibilities across daily operations and people performance-related routines.
  • Optimize ways of working to eliminate duplicated and non-value adding work and establish a globally aligned operating model.
Program & Project Management:

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support business goals.

Collaborate cross-functionally and streamline processes to increase planning efficiency and optimize total cost to serve.

Embed operational excellence in all planning processes, ensuring standardized ways of working and adherence to industry best practices.

Collaboration & Partnership:

Be an ambassador for Global Supply Chain Planning.

Drive strategic alignment and prioritization with regional and global partners within Supply Chain.

Ensure effective ways of working with other functions, such as procurement, finance, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

What You'll Bring:

A master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain excellence, project management, and end-to-end planning transformation.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority and gain cross-functional alignment.

Curious, data-driven, and forward-thinking, with a passion for uncovering insights and driving action.

Proven ability to navigate uncertainty, solve complex problems, and design solutions.

Familiarity with tools and systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other supply chain software.

Experience in leading enterprise-wide supply chain projects.

Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Adept at managing competing priorities, global time zones, and complex stakeholder dynamics.
