The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent clinical skills, and a proven track record of leadership and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional patient care and advocating for their needs;

• Developing and implementing clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery;

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives;

• Staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices;

• Mentoring junior staff members and contributing to the development of our next generation of medical leaders;

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the enhancement of our healthcare services.

Requirements:

· Possess a basic degree from a recognised medical school or Postgraduate which is registrable with the relevant authority;

· Completed the training and post-graduate qualifications which are recognised by the relevant accreditation body;

· Active in clinical practice;

· Have at least 8 years of relevant experience as an accredited and licensed medical specialist;

· Able to work independently with demonstrated competence in managing patients, teaching and research in a multi-discipline environment;

· Confident, takes initiatives and a good team player.
