At WGT EHR Pte Ltd, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Facilities Manager to lead our facility operations team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing high-rise buildings and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of SGD 120,000 - 150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.

  • This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and meet regulatory requirements.
  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • In addition to your technical expertise, you will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals to achieve shared goals.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or facilities management.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong background in high-rise building operations.
  • A Fire Safety Manager certificate and experience in managing fire safety protocols.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and driving results.
  • A Class 3 driving license (advantageous).
