Become part of our talented team as we seek an Admin & Finance Executive in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

  • Finance: We handle full sets of accounting and expect knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts receivables, and payables functions.
  • Intercompany reconciliation, settlement, and other accounting duties.
  • Maintain cash flow updates, general journal entries, GST records, and filing.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all finance and accounting activities.
  • Prepare monthly/yearly financial schedules and reports, including consolidation.
  • Liaise with bankers, accountants, auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to ensure compliance.
  • Perform other accounting/finance duties as necessary.
  • Administration: Manage administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Act as the first point of contact with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Draft documents, letters, or emails as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Document administrative activities properly.
  • Organize company events.
  • Assist with QHSES audits and preparations.
  • Provide administrative support to management.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an MNC's international accounting office.
  • Proficiency with multiple systems required during work.
  • Knowledge of local requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resilience, flexibility, precision, and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical, efficiency, and accountability skills.
  • Good communication skills, especially with diverse cultures.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with EXACT, CargowiseOne, Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, or related ERP systems.
  • Polytechnic diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
