Job Description
We are seeking a Trade Marketer to champion the creation of captivating in-store experiences and ensure our brand stands out in retail environments. This role involves designing and implementing tailored trade marketing strategies, working with global teams to roll out initiatives, leading category management projects, and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors to maximise market penetration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a trade marketing plan that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and addresses the unique needs of each product category.
  • Define a complete trade marketing mix, focusing on specific sales channels, key clients, and points of sale to ensure effective execution and to maximise results.
  • Design and implement tailored customer-specific programs across different retail points.
  • Oversee and coordinate the execution of initiatives across regional markets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to maximise results.
  • Manage and evaluate trade marketing budgets to optimise ROI and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to drive brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Facilitate cross-functional relationships to bridge the gap between development and implementation of trade marketing plans.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
