Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. as a Plant Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines and equipment, as well as providing technical support to our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant Operations
    • Identify and troubleshoot production and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions and process improvements to optimize production line efficiency and reliability.
  • Plant Maintenance
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documents, including equipment specifications, machine records, and vendor information.
    • Interface with equipment vendors to understand maintenance requirements, spare parts availability, and service contracts.
    • Coordinate maintenance activities between teams and manage critical spares.
  • People
    • Collaborate with production and tooling teams to achieve targets, product quality, operational, and productivity improvements.
    • Ensure safe work practices and behaviors, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Provide guidance and training to production team members.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) requirements.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in plant operation or manufacturing.
  • Process degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering, or equivalent.
