Job Opportunity:
As a skilled bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of cocktails, wines, and other beverages in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a strong focus on mixology, with a passion for crafting unique and delicious drinks. If you have experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume bar, with a strong knowledge of beverage offerings and excellent customer service skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and other beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of beverage offerings, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking and fulfilling their beverage orders.
  • Collaborate with the Head Mixologist to create new and innovative cocktail recipes and assist with special events and promotions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mixologist in a luxury hotel or high-volume bar, with a strong focus on mixology.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, and spirits.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
