We are seeking a talented Musical Growth Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to convert inquiries into sales and enrolments.
  • Assist in organizing events and roadshows to promote musical products.
  • Conduct trial lessons, open house events, and students' concerts as planned.
  • Ensure smooth operations of the music school.
  • Support requisitions for stock replenishment and maintain an adequate stock level.
  • Perform other duties or projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least 1-2 years experience in coordinator, receptionist, customer service or retail industry roles.
