Biometric Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee the installation of our biometric project infrastructure at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and escalate them to senior management.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements by conducting regular quality checks.
- Foster effective communication among team members, vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Track changes to project scope, schedule and deliverables to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning to minimize potential risks.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth deployment and on-time delivery.
- Support resource allocation and scheduling to optimize project efficiency.
- Evaluate vendor compliance to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Oversee equipment installation and maintenance to prevent delays.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation for future reference.
- Capture site progress updates through photos and reports to facilitate monitoring.
- Singaporean or Singapore PR status required.
- Diploma in Engineering or relevant field of study is necessary.
- Experience in electrical or construction projects is essential.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure implementation is desirable.
- Able to work in semi-outdoor and dusty environments.
- Required to participate in hands-on installation.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Possess strong customer and team player skills.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Able to lead and motivate teams towards common objectives.
