Job Description
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for providing estimating cost and implementing Contract administration for renovation projects. You will coordinate with project teams for cost estimation of additional works, ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation, and submit accurate cost and time implications to clients. Additionally, you will prepare and submit monthly claims to main contractors and receivables for projects, correspond with clients and subcontractors, record and maintain monthly claim/weekly receivable reports, generate invoices, and prepare certification of monthly/sub-contractor claims.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in negotiation, Microsoft Office, construction, quantity surveying, ERP, administration, estimates, procurement, AutoCAD, team player, civil engineering, tendering, pricing, sourcing, and cost control.
