Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Expert

Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Planning Expert, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing inventory and supply planning processes across multiple markets. You will be instrumental in supporting the transition towards a more digitally enabled business environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage stock levels across domestic, wholesale, and regional channels by analyzing forecasts, historical sales data, and re-order quantities to ensure optimal inventory coverage without excessive risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with demand planning, sales, marketing, and finance teams to prepare replenishment forecasts and analytical reports that support bottom-up operational plans.
  • Oversee inbound shipments by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries that meet outbound demand requirements.
  • Analyze inventory data to highlight risks such as excess or aged stock and provide actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders for clearance or optimization initiatives.
  • Place purchase orders accurately and track shipment progress using global tools; communicate any risks or delays effectively while ensuring all documentation is processed promptly for seamless PO cycles.
  • Participate in warehouse activities including cycle counts and annual stock takes; coordinate with logistics teams on discrepancies or damages and provide clear instructions for stock disposal when necessary.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. You should have experience in supply chain planning, preferably with expertise in inventory management and forecasting.
