Senior QAQC Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance and Control (QAQC) Engineer to undertake the full spectrum of QAQC tasks, from design stage to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain our Project Quality System, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies.
- Verify construction works meet contract and customer quality requirements.
- Establish inspection and test plans, and coordinate quality control aspects of projects.
- Report on operational procedures affecting quality, propose improvements to the project quality system, and prepare reports on authority inspections.
- Organize punch walks with clients and consultants, ensure site inspection records and documents are up-to-date, and check work done and material supply quantity status for rectification works progress claims.
A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
Certified QM/Conquas Manager is an advantage.
Familiarity with local regulations pertaining to Builder's Licence, Work Head Registration, or other related requirements is necessary.
The ideal candidate can analyze complex issues quickly and propose countermeasures.
Good knowledge of documentation procedures and verbal and written communication skills are essential.
