We are seeking a skilled Support Staff Member to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out daily tasks according to established procedures in the central kitchen
  • Prepare and present food for counter service
  • Cook and mix rice
  • Conduct kitchen preparation work and mise en place
  • Restock ingredients as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards
  • Perform basic knife skills
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Capable of reading to assist with stocktaking, receiving, and dispatching
  • Assist with daily kitchen operations (cooking, marination, cutting, packing, stock taking, cleaning)


Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a kitchen assistant


This is a full-time or part-time position, depending on your preference. You will work 6 days a week from 6am to 5pm, with an hour-long break included in your salary. Your off day will be arranged by management, and if you work on a public holiday, you will receive an alternative day off in lieu. For part-time positions, you will work Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm, with a 30-minute break included in your salary. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
