This role requires an individual who can design and deliver high-quality life skills education to students on the autism spectrum. Our ideal candidate has experience in teaching or coaching life skills and is passionate about creating engaging activities that build independence while addressing unique learning needs.

We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with educators, parents, and community partners to create a supportive learning network and maximize student success. This includes tailoring lessons to meet each student's needs, contributing to program development, and organizing life skills learning experiences for students.

In this role, you will lead students in experiential activities, community outings, and practical scenarios, bridging the gap between theory and application. You will also monitor and assess progress, tracking student development through ongoing assessments and maintaining detailed portfolios.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from a reputable institution
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching or coaching life skills to students with special needs
  • Proven ability to deliver structured lessons and create engaging activities that build independence while addressing students' unique learning needs
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
