Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise site works to ensure adherence to project specifications, construction drawings, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any non-conformities or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of site inspections, safety records, and approved/as-built drawings.
  • Verify contractors' progress payments and claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Witness inspection, testing, and commissioning sessions to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in supervision of building projects.
  • Resident Engineer Certificate accredited by IES/ACES is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
