Job Role Overview

We are seeking a part-time psychotherapist/psychologist to provide counseling services to clients with various mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide culturally competent care to adults, children, adolescents, couples, or families through short-term goal-focused EAP sessions or employer health plans allowing multiple sessions as medically necessary.
  • Treat clients who have completed brief online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying availability and complete session documentation within our scheduling system.
  • Use evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs and collaborate with support teams when assistance is needed.
Requirements
  • Proper licensure to practice counseling in Singapore (as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years of independent, post-training experience.
  • Access to a computer or laptop and tele-health competence.
  • Availability for some monthly in-person sessions in Singapore.
  • Training and experience in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
  • Comfort providing safety planning and intervention during high-risk situations.
  • Commitment to quality clinical care and desire for growth through feedback on client progress or challenges.
