As a TCM Trainer, you will be instrumental in developing, designing, and implementing specialized training programs for TCM physicians and therapists.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in TCM principles, coupled with expertise in delivering effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and implement specialized training programs for TCM physicians and therapists.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials tailored to the specific needs of the participants.
  • Integrate hands-on exercises and case studies to enhance real-world application.
  • Innovate and update training curriculum to align with industry best practices.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree in TCM or equivalent related qualification.
  • Additional certifications or qualifications related to training and education are a plus.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible approach to training methodologies, accommodating different learning styles.
