Job Description:

As a senior compliance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to local regulations and standards. Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough KYC reviews, monitoring records, and escalating suspicious activity.

  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled KYC reviews across various client types and risk classes.
  • Track and monitor KYC records, implement action plans for expiring records, and ensure timely completion to avoid overdue cases.
  • Evaluate and escalate suspicious product usage or AML concerns to senior management promptly.
  • Execute KYC efforts in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Determine account scope and perform client identification, verification, and screening.
  • Validate and confirm customer information through internal data or approved third-party sources.
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence checks, including negative news and social media screening when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of AML and KYC principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills, including experience in customer outreach.
