Job Description:

This role is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of clients' IT infrastructure and systems. The primary goal of this position is to review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreement (SLA).

The engineer focuses on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity, covering multiple technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and Collaboration.

This role may also contribute to project work as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps in AWS and Azure.
  • Strong command of infrastructure automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), and CI/CD tools.
  • Deep understanding of networking, DNS, VPN, load balancing, and firewalls in cloud environments.
  • Practical experience with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
