Business Analyst Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and proposing solutions for business issues, process changes, and functional requirements. Your work will involve collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to deliver system solutions that meet the needs of the business.

Key responsibilities include gathering requirements from business stakeholders, analyzing reconciliation outputs across base and target systems, identifying root causes and mitigation actions, and working with end-users to explain root causes and perform mitigation actions.

You will also be responsible for defining tolerances on reconciliation differences, maintaining and updating a repository of root causes of differences, and supporting the automation of reconciliation execution and explanation.

Additionally, you will perform execution of reconciliation as per project requirements and iterations, build strong relationships with users and stakeholders, and collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs, and system improvements.
