Job Title: Trade Marketing Officer
Overview:
Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Trade Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, as well as developing and executing trade marketing plans and strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade marketing, with experience in working closely with sales teams and retailers to develop and implement sales promotion. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Working closely with the sales team and BD team to develop and implement sales promotion
- Developing and executing trade marketing plans and strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and distributors
- Planning and implementing in-store promotions, display and other marketing activities
- Planning, organizing and participating in trade shows to promote the brand showcase products and generate leads
- Preparing business proposals, presentations and reports on trade marketing activities and performance
- Coodinating with internal departments sales, marketing, logistic and finance to ensure smooth execution of projects and orders
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 1 or 2 years experience in trade marketing or FMCG industry and experience in working with sales teams and retailers
- Min Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Sales, International Business or related disciplines
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and office software
- Experience in project management is advantageous
