Remote Tuition Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Remote Tuition Coordinator to work with us. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and review operational procedures, including handling enquiries, student enrolment, classroom schedule, and payroll.
  • Prepare invoices, collect payments, and follow up with customers on administrative matters.
  • Update marketing resources onto blogs, forums, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for payments.
  • Manage customer communications via phone, WhatsApp, and email between 10 AM and 6:30 PM Singapore Time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Native competency in written and spoken Korean to communicate effectively with Korean-speaking customers.
  • Fresh A-level and IB graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in business software and aptitude to learn new applications; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills are required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills.
  • Task-oriented, conscientious in documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within deadline.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to optimise workflows and address work-related problems.
