Role Summary:

We are a leading employment agency seeking an experienced Agency EA Personnel Coordinator to join our team. As a coordinator, you will play a key role in matching customer requirements with helper profiles and recommending suitable helpers.

Responsibilities:

  • Match customer requirements with helper profiles and recommend suitable helpers
  • Process all necessary documents for deployment, including Security Bond, Employment Contract, Service Agreement, and Rest Day form
  • Perform Work Permit transactions with MOM via WP Online
  • Provide after-sales follow-up and mediation between helpers and employers when required
  • Make arrangements with MOM for card collection and thumbprints as needed

Requirements:

  • CEI BASIC certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Willingness to work on weekends
