Community Focused Placemaking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Placemaking & Tenancy Manager. This role involves cultivating meaningful relationships with tenants, external partners, and community groups to conceptualise, design, and implement inclusive programs that empower individuals with disabilities and their caregivers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in placemaking, tenancy, events facilitation/management, and partnership development. They will be responsible for onboarding new tenants, developing impactful partnerships, and contributing to placemaking initiatives that enhance the overall Enabling Village experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and passionate team driving social impact at Singapore's first fully inclusive community space.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- Possess at least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving and programme development experience, particularly in the context of inclusive, community-focused initiatives
- A commitment to inclusion and social impact, with a genuine interest in empowering persons with disabilities and their caregivers
