Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to support the Marketing team in planning and executing hybrid and physical events, conferences, seminars, and exhibitions across several markets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in event management, vendor/agency management, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage a calendar of hybrid and physical events, ensuring smooth execution and timely reporting on engagement metrics and post-event analysis.
  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, seminars, event sponsorships, and exhibitions, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Provide timely reporting on all engagement metrics and post-event analysis, using data to inform future event strategies.
  • Support the governance of policies, guidelines, and processes related to the brand, ensuring consistency across the region.
  • Build and maintain warm yet professional communications with prospects, members, and other key stakeholders, contributing to robust lead management processes.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in an events or conference management role.
  • Competent in planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, seminars, events, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team player.
  • Comfortable with the use of IT equipment and software applications for conferencing and webinars.
